I have tried to contact Shell Recharge, but as yet, I have had no reply.

There are also some Shell chargers next door, behind the Shell petrol station and ‘Little Waitrose At Shell Markham Moor’ (3x CCS 175 kW). Unfortunately, this alternative is not ‘drive-through’.
The Tesla superchargers at Larkhall Glasgow (behind the Radstone Hotel) are great to use if you are towing or solo as they are located in a massive car park so there is plenty of room.
You could probably charge without unhitching there. Details on Google Maps for when are busy or quiet times (Popular times).
Cheeky charge at Wheatchief Loughborough, perfect just off the M1, only one charger, but managed not to unhitch and it’s doing what it promises charging at 50kw. I know that much slower than many but actually it is at least charging a 50kw.
This is a great place to charge when the pub is not busy. When you enter the pub car park, the charger is on the right.
I’ve marked this as ‘drive through’ (or keep the caravan hitched), but at busier times, you would probably have to un-hitch.
