The Tesla superchargers at Larkhall Glasgow (behind the Radstone Hotel) are great to use if you are towing or solo as they are located in a massive car park so there is plenty of room.
You could probably charge without unhitching there. Details on Google Maps for when are busy or quiet times (Popular times).
Caravan parking is drive through and not far from the chargers.
Although the caravan parking bays are not very wide. If there are two 8 ft caravans side by side, there is very little clearance. Although when I was there, there was plenty of space.
There is also a very large lorry park if you feel you really want some space to park your caravan. But that is not so close to the chargers.

Drive just past Sainsbury’s along Railway Road. Once you are past Sainsbury’s, into Yorkshire Event Centre, there are no parking restrictions apart from ‘no overnight parking’, so you are ok to park the caravan at the side of the road.
A bit further along there is more space if you want:
The car park is owned by ‘Fodders’, so if you plan to go in there for a bite to eat while charging, I’m sure you could park the caravan in there.
You can then go back to the chargers at Sainsbury’s.
Note. There is a 3-hour time limit in the Sainsbury’s car park.
Excellent farm shop/cafe ‘Fodder’ and ‘Fodder on the Hoof’ next to Sainsbury’s.

Camp Site
A few yards further down Railway Road is Harrogate Campsite. So if you’d like to make a longer stop of it, you could stay overnight or longer.
